The jungle has arrived in Warsaw’s city centre, but have no fear! It is not an attack by wild beasts, but an invitation to have a snack at the adorable Odette tearoom and pâtisserie. It is located in the heart of the city, nestled in the shadows of skyscrapers, just a short distance from Gryzbowsky square. Other than the stone pavement, which flows from the outside to the interior, Odette has a tropical feel to it. The banana-leaf wallpaper that covers the entire space (45 square meters) is the perfect backdrop for the 100 metal tea containers that line the walls. There are only four, round tables, a display case with deserts, and a large, brass chandelier made specifically for the space. Odette is an unexpected oasis in the centre of a concrete jungle.
