If the raw materials are of high quality, even the dishes of a fast food can transform themselves (almost) into healthy and tasty dishes. This is what happens at Beef & Liberty in Hong Kong, the new restaurant where you can enjoy good food in a youthful and friendly environment. Forget plastic trays and rickety tables, the team Spinoff Co. organised the restaurant around the central kitchen – strictly on view- and furnished it with padded leather sofas, bistro chairs and Emeco Chairs arranged around tables or alongside ledges.
Casual and chic at the same time, Beef & Liberty also has a large mural created by Californian street artist Cyrcle. A few months from its opening, the place is already a place for local young people in the area, but it is also very popular with workers on their lunch break and tourists from all over the world. Artful hamburger passion.

The Moodboarders is a glance into the design world, which, in all of its facets, captures the extraordinary even within the routine. It is a measure of the times. It is an antenna sensitive enough to pick-up on budding trends, emerging talents and neglected aesthetics. Instead of essays, we use brief tales to tune into the rhythm of our world. We travelled for a year without stopping, and seeing as the memory of this journey has not faded, we have chosen to edit a printed copy. We eliminated anything episodic, ephemeral or fading, maintaining a variety of articles that flow, without losing the element of surprise, the events caught taking place, and the creations having just bloomed.
