You breathe fresh air in Berlin. The city does not follow trends but dictates them, but, having said that, Berliners tour relaxed round the organic food markets and parks with bicycle and cloth bags, unaware of their being hippy. This is because formalities in the German capital are abolished in favour of freedom of expression. The result is a free and creative atmosphere, where young people carry out their projects without the burden of having to comply with regulations and superstructures. Thus it happens that a disused transport container is turned into a vegetarian restaurant with dehors (outdoor eating area).
It is located in Mitte, strategically positioned on the Allee leading to the Mauerpark, Till The Cows Come Home proposes a radical change in eating habits. In fact, the chef prepares dishes without meat made from seasonal products from sustainable farms, but deviates from the trend of creating simple reinterpretations of traditional fast food. Burgers, pizzas and burritos are “banned” in favour of original ideas and new flavours to entice customers to leave their comfort zone, penetrating into new (and often unexplored) areas of taste. As for drinks by Till The Cows Come Home you can order juices and centrifuges to take a break from sugar, alcohol and caffeine.

The Moodboarders is a glance into the design world, which, in all of its facets, captures the extraordinary even within the routine. It is a measure of the times. It is an antenna sensitive enough to pick-up on budding trends, emerging talents and neglected aesthetics. Instead of essays, we use brief tales to tune into the rhythm of our world. We travelled for a year without stopping, and seeing as the memory of this journey has not faded, we have chosen to edit a printed copy. We eliminated anything episodic, ephemeral or fading, maintaining a variety of articles that flow, without losing the element of surprise, the events caught taking place, and the creations having just bloomed.
