The transformation of the home into a fairytale continues, populated by imaginative characters. has recently been added the owl by Guzzini, known Marche Company specializing in plastic household products. Stylized heads of nocturnal animals in red plastic, with big wide eyes, act as handles for graters, as lids for salt and pepper pots or become clocks marking time. To make them more realistic, the company photographed them for the catalogue perched on the branches of a tree.
If it is true that domestic objects should be designed to be friendly daily companions, zoomorphism proves to be a recipe for success.

The Moodboarders is a glance into the design world, which, in all of its facets, captures the extraordinary even within the routine. It is a measure of the times. It is an antenna sensitive enough to pick-up on budding trends, emerging talents and neglected aesthetics. Instead of essays, we use brief tales to tune into the rhythm of our world. We travelled for a year without stopping, and seeing as the memory of this journey has not faded, we have chosen to edit a printed copy.
