The historical brand of silverware San Lorenzo has recently presented the set of pots and pans Pan, designed by Tobia Scarpa, lined with pure 999 silver and pure iron on the outside. Silver is the best heat conductor and spreads it evenly, allowing rapid cooking at low temperature.

It also has significant antibacterial qualities. The series Pan is the result of research begun by San Lorenzo together with Afra and Tobia Scarpa which was achieved in 1999 with the first collection “Cooking in silver.” In order to emphasize the functional use of precious material, the design of the series Pan is lean and archetypal.

The Moodboarders is a glance into the design world, which, in all of its facets, captures the extraordinary even within the routine. It is a measure of the times. It is an antenna sensitive enough to pick-up on budding trends, emerging talents and neglected aesthetics. Instead of essays, we use brief tales to tune into the rhythm of our world.
